What areas do you deliver to?
We deliver across Brisbane metro — from Caboolture in the north to Logan in the south, and out to Ipswich. If you are unsure whether we deliver to your area, give us a call on (07) 3000 1234.
What time do I need to order for same-day delivery?
Order by 11am for same-day delivery, Monday to Friday. Saturday same-day orders need to be in by 9am. We do not deliver on Sundays.
How long will my flowers last?
Most cut flowers last 7-10 days with proper care. We include a care card with every bouquet. Change the water every two days, re-trim the stems, and keep them out of direct sun and heat.
Can I schedule a delivery for a future date?
Yes. When you order, you can choose any future delivery date up to 3 months ahead. This is perfect for birthdays, anniversaries, and other occasions you do not want to forget.
Do you offer weekly subscriptions?
We do. Our Seasonal Subscription is $45 per week for a medium arrangement delivered to your home or office. You can pause, skip a week, or cancel anytime — no lock-in contract.
What happens if I am not home when the flowers are delivered?
Our driver will leave the flowers in a safe, shaded spot and leave a card in your letterbox. If there is no safe spot, we will take them back to the studio and redeliver the next day at no charge.
Do you do weddings and events?
Yes. We offer full wedding and event floristry — bouquets, buttonholes, centrepieces, ceremony arches, and installations. Book a consultation through our contact page at least 3 months before your date.
Can I request specific flowers or colours?
Absolutely. When you order, tell us your colour preferences and any flowers you love or hate. We will design something to match. Keep in mind that availability depends on the season.
What is your refund policy?
If your flowers arrive damaged or you are unhappy with the quality, contact us within 24 hours and we will replace them free of charge or refund your order. We want you to be delighted.
Do you sell gift vouchers?
Yes, we sell vouchers in $50, $75, and $100 denominations. They are valid for 12 months and can be used on any product or subscription. Order through the contact page.
