We moved! After five years in our old garage space, we have a proper studio. It is still in West End, just around the corner from where we started, but it is bigger, brighter, and has a proper cool room.
The front of the studio is our retail space. This is where you come to pick up orders, browse our daily bouquets, and chat with us about what is in season. There is a big wooden bench that Sarah built herself.
Behind the retail space is the workroom. This is where the magic happens. Two big stainless steel benches, a wall of vases, and our conditioning station where flowers rest overnight in fresh water before being arranged.
The cool room is the big upgrade. It stays at 4 degrees and has proper humidity control. It means we can buy in larger quantities from our growers, which gets us better prices and fresher stock.
